A woman blind from childhood – Fanny Crosby – was talking to one of her neighbors, who complained bitterly of his poverty. “If I had wealth I would be able to do just what I wish to do; and I would be able to make an appearance in the world.” Fanny replied, “Well, take the world, but give me Jesus.” She was inspired by her own words to write a song with that title in 1879 (she wrote nearly 8,000 songs in her 95 years of life).
Another version of this song originated as an African-American spiritual written during the terrible time of slavery in the Untied States.
Still another version was written by Fernando Ortega as heard here:

Paul, first century follower of Jesus and martyr for him, wrote these words about his incredible spiritual accomplishments and how he viewed them after he met Jesus (The Holy Bible, Philippians 3:7-10):
“I once thought these things were valuable, but now I consider them worthless because of what Christ has done. Yes, everything else is worthless when compared with the infinite value of knowing Christ Jesus my Lord. For his sake I have discarded everything else, counting it all as garbage, so that I could gain Christ and become one with him. I no longer count on my own righteousness through obeying the law; rather, I become righteous through faith in Christ. For God’s way of making us right with himself depends on faith. I want to know Christ. . .”

Abdul, I will attempt to answer your comments as best I can but you should know that I am not about debate or winning arguments. I believe we can share what we both believe and then ask Almighty God to reveal what truth really is.
You see, my greatest goal is not to “convert” you or anyone else. It is that all of us – and I mean all of us – know Jesus in all his fullness and follow him completely so we can experience eternal life.
Jesus said in a prayer:
“. . .this is the way to have eternal life – to know you, the only true God, and Jesus Christ, the one you sent to earth.” (The Injeel, The Good News of John, Chapter 17, Verse 3)

Abdul, I am happy to say that I have read every verse in the Qur’an about Jesus. I understand from my research that in the Qur’an there are over 90 references in 15 surahs about him. It is indeed interesting to compare what the Qur’an says about Jesus and what the Bible says about him.
Here is a reference to Jesus that seems very important in the Qur’an:
“. . .his name will be the Messiah ‘Iesa (Jesus), the son of Maryam (Mary), held in honour in this world and in the Hereafter, and will be one of those who are near to Allah.” (Al-Imran, 3:45)
I want to give you just one important text here from the Bible about Jesus – his place of honour before he came to earth, his humility while on the earth, and his place of honour in the Hereafter:
“Christ Jesus:
Who, being in very nature God,
did not consider equality with God something to be used to his own advantage;
rather, he made himself nothing
by taking the very nature of a servant,
being made in human likeness.
And being found in appearance as a man,
he humbled himself
by becoming obedient to death —
even death on a cross!
Therefore God exalted him to the highest place
and gave him the name that is above every name,
that at the name of Jesus every knee should bow,
in heaven and on earth and under the earth,
and every tongue acknowledge that Jesus Christ is Lord,
to the glory of God the Father.”
(The Bible, Philippians 2:5-11)
QUR’AN is the ONLY WORD of GOD (ALLAH) who created u and has given u everything, u have to READ the QUR’AN before its too late.. don’t tell people on the Day of Judgement that nobody told u to Read Qur’an… QUR’AN has the MOST EFFECTING AND POWERFUL WORDS, there is not a single mistake in QUR’AN

While the Quran says Jesus was no more than a messenger of Allah, he is also called “His Word” in Surah 4:171 of the Qur’an. Kalimatullah. As you know, this means “the Word of God.”
In Surah 3:45, the Qur’an says that the angels said to Mary:
“Allah giveth thee glad tidings of a Word from Him, whose name is the Messiah, Jesus, the son of Mary.”
So, more than once in the Qur’an, Jesus is called God’s Word. This is an amazing and exalted title! It distinguishes him from every other human! Jesus – and Jesus alone – is the exact, perfect communication – in his own person – of God to mankind.
Jesus does not merely bring the words of God to men. According to both the Qur’an and the Bible, he himself is the Word of God!
Stunning. Amazing. Incredible.

The Word of God (Kalimatullah)
READ Again (Easy Translation):
Your Lord (ALLAH) says:
“O people of the Scripture (Jews and Christians)! Do not exceed the limits in your religion, nor say of Allah aught but the truth. The Messiah ‘Iesa (Jesus), son of Maryam (Mary), was (no more than) a Messenger of Allah and His Word, (“Be!” – and he was) which He bestowed on Maryam (Mary) and a spirit (Ruh) created by Him; so believe in Allah and His Messengers. Say not: “Three (trinity)!” Cease! (it is) better for you. For Allah is (the only) One Ilah (God), Glory be to Him (Far Exalted is He) above having a son. To Him belongs all that is in the heavens and all that is in the earth. And Allah is All-Sufficient as a Disposer of affairs.” [Qur’an 4:171]

`Isa is only one of Allah’s servants and one of His creatures. Allah said to him, `Be’, and he was, and He sent him as a Messenger.
`Isa was a word from Allah that He bestowed on Maryam,
meaning He created him with the word `Be’ that He sent with Jibril to Maryam. Jibril blew the life of `Isa into Maryam by Allah’s leave, and `Isa came to existence as a result.
This incident was in place of the normal conception between man and woman that results in children. This is why `Isa was a word and a Ruh (spirit) created by Allah, as he had no father to conceive him. Rather, he came to existence through the word that Allah uttered, `Be,’ and he was, through the life that Allah sent with Jibril.

Look how We make the Ayat (proofs, evidences, verses, lessons, signs, revelations, etc.) clear to them, yet look how they are deluded away (from the truth).” [Qur’an 5:75]

Here are a couple of verses from the Bible about the essence of Jesus:
“In the past God spoke to our ancestors through the prophets at many times and in various ways, but in these last days he has spoken to us by his Son, whom he appointed heir of all things, and through whom also he made the universe. The Son is the radiance of God’s glory and the exact representation of his being, sustaining all things by his powerful word. After he had provided purification for sins, he sat down at the right hand of the Majesty in heaven.” (The Holy Bible, the Book of Hebrews, chapter 1, verses 1-3).

I want to thank you for your strong words about your faith and your challenge to me to read the Quran. This means you must care for my eternal soul, right? I hope it means you don’t want me to experience the hellfire, right? If so, again I sincerely thank you.
I have a passion deep in my soul: that all people know Jesus, that all people go to Paradise. I yearn for it. Sometimes, I ache for it.
Much, much more importantly, I know God too has a passion in His heart for people to know Jesus and be in Paradise:
He “wants all people to be saved and to come to a knowledge of the truth.” (The Bible, 1 Timothy 2:4)
“The Lord. . .does not want anyone to be destroyed, but wants everyone to repent.” (The Bible, 2 Peter 3:9)
“For I take no pleasure in the death of anyone, declares the Sovereign Lord. Repent and live!” (The Bible, the prophet Ezekiel, 18:32)
“Say to them, ‘As surely as I live, declares the Sovereign LORD, I take no pleasure in the death of the wicked, but rather that they turn from their ways and live. Turn! Turn from your evil ways! Why will you die. . .?'” (The Bible, the prophet Ezekiel, 33:11)
I have care for u, God (ALLAH) commands the Humans to Spread the TRUTH, so that the people may be saved from Eternal Punishment of HELLFIRE. Jesus was send for the Children of Israel (Particular), and Muhammad (P.B.U.H) who was the Last Messenger was sent for the Whole Mankind, Muhammad (P.B.U.H) was used to call Jesus (P.B.U.H) His Brother because both of these Messengers are the Sons of Ibrahim (P.B.U.H) [Abraham]. The People of Today have to believe in Muhammad (P.B.U.H) and the book Qur’an to Enter Jannah.
Mark u know why I said QUR’AN is the ONLY WORD OF ALLAH (God)?, because in whole Qur’an the ARABIC u read are the WORDS said by our LORD ALLAH. Means when u r reading Qur’an than it means that Think that Our God ALLAH is Talking to us. Means in Qur’an our Provider, our Sustainer is talking to us.

After Jesus (P.B.U.H), Muhammad (P.B.U.H) came with the Final Version of ISLAM, the teachings of the version of Islam which came with Jesus was changed and still today it’s not 100% correct. Bilbe is Translated into many languages and the Orignal Teachings of Bible are not preserved, People are not taught the Orignal Teachings of Hebrew Bible (or Gospel – Injeel) which was revealed to Jesus. People have changed the Orignal teachings of Jesus and Bible. So Please we can’t read Bible, I respect the Orignal INJEEL (Bible) which was given by ALLAH (God) to Jesus. I am not seeking “a religion other than Islam.” As a matter of fact, I am not seeking any religion – not Islam or Christianity or Judaism or anything else.
Here is what I shared with someone else on this blog:
My passion is just to exalt, lift up, and promote Jesus. Not to “convert” anyone. Not to get anyone to “change their religion.” I don’t think Jesus came to “start a new religion” but to show us the way into the Kingdom of God. And that way is simply. . .himself! He is the gate, the door into Heaven. I just want with all my heart to point as many people as possible to that door – Jesus.
As for the Bible, yes, of course, it is translated into many languages – and all of them have exactly the same message! The message is that Jesus – Isa Al Masih – is the Prophet God sent to save humanity from their sins. Isa is the Prophet God sent to bring forgiveness of sins. What an amazing Prophet. He was – as written in the Qur’an & the Bible – Kalimaat Allah and Ruuh Allah. We – all of us – must listen to Kalimaat Allah.
As to the Bible being changed, may I respectfully ask:
*Who changed it?
*When was it changed?
*Where was it changed?
*Why was it changed?
*Finally, where does the Qur’an say the Bible was changed?
I read the Qur’an and have seem some beautiful things there. May I encourage you to read the Injeel? And when you do, please take a long, hard look at Jesus – Isa Al Masih. You will be amazed.

My friend, I too believe in the justice & forgiveness of God. “Alhamdulillah!” How I praise & thank Him!
But please let me ask, how can Allah forgive without justice being done? Doesn’t someone have to “bear the sins”?
ALLAH says:
Say, [O believers], “We have believed in Allah and what has been revealed to us and what has been revealed to Abraham and Ishmael and Isaac and Jacob and the Descendants and what was given to Moses and Jesus and what was given to the prophets from their Lord. We make no distinction between any of them, and we are Muslims [in submission] to Him.” [Qur’an 2:136]

And because of their saying (in boast), “We killed Messiah ‘Iesa (Jesus), son of Maryam (Mary), the Messenger of Allah,” – but they killed him not, nor crucified him, but the resemblance of ‘Iesa (Jesus) was put over another man (and they killed that man), and those who differ therein are full of doubts. They have no (certain) knowledge, they follow nothing but conjecture. For surely; they killed him not [i.e. ‘Iesa (Jesus), son of Maryam (Mary) ]
